For Eastbrook Academy families, the re-enrollment time for the 2010-2011 school is quickly approaching. Here are some requirements and dates for you to remember:

Requirement	Due Date
Sibling Enrollment Survey	Tuesday, December 8, 2009
Returning Student Enrollment Form	Monday, January 25, 2010
Sibling New Applications and Fee*	Monday, January 25, 2010
Returning Choice Completed Applications**	February 20, 2010

 

*Siblings of current students are given enrollment preference. However, all applications for interested siblings must be submitted with the enrollment fee by the designated date. For MPCP participants, sibling applications should be submitted in the first open application period to increase the opportunity for placement.

**Current Milwaukee Parental Choice Program participants who are returning for the 2010-2011 school year, must complete their Choice applications (with ALL supporting documentation) during the first open application period to guarantee their student's seat. Contact the Director of Admissions to process your completed application.

MPCP Open Application Periods for Eastbrook Academy are TBA.

TUITION PAYMENT PLANS

All returning families are required to complete their new tuition payment plans by June 1, 2010. Use the link below to assist you. Contact the school's business office if you have any concerns.
