Why Eastbrook Academy?
Eastbrook Academy is a K4-12 college preparatory school for families from diverse backgrounds desiring a rigorous classical education in loving environment committed to Christian living. Eastbrook Academy is a school that in every way challenges and overcomes the racial, economic, social, ethnic and geographic divisions of our city. Serving both urban and suburban students of varying economic and ethnic backgrounds, students are exposed to a broad range of experiences. While each student brings their unique background to the school, the curriculum and expectation of each child is the same. Our rigorous, classical curriculum is taught at an accelerated rate. Small class sizes ensure individual attention and allow teachers to teach at approximately one grade level above public schools.
Over the past 15 years, students have received a strong foundation academically and spiritually going on to find success at area high schools as well as graduating from Eastbrook Academy High School. Seniors have received 100% college acceptance and annual total scholarships and grants of more than $1 million each year. Alumni can be found at colleges and universities throughout the country including Washington University, Wheaton College and the University of Wisconsin system schools.
What does it mean to be a graduate of Eastbrook Academy?
Eastbrook Academy graduates are equipped to live virtuous lives of integrity, demonstrating faith, hope, love, and respect in the world. Armed with the ability to think broadly and creatively, they possess the discipline and tools of learning necessary to master any field of study they pursue. They are logical and effective communicators of truth, who think critically, listen carefully, read intentionally, speak thoughtfully, and write clearly. Students graduate with a Christian worldview, enabling them to discern and act upon what is excellent in the eyes of the Lord. Ultimately, graduates are able to apply their knowledge to action with wisdom and virtue, becoming exceptional and productive adults.
